During testing, the repeated tightening and loosening of connectors take time and labor. Push-on adapters can solve this issue, but only Male Push-on products are currently on the market.
Antenna manufacturers have special requirements for testing their male connector-attached antennas. They need female push-on adapters during product development and especially when verifying product quality. To address this issue, ANOISON has developed male-push-on adapters for quick antenna (male connector) tests, including TNC, SMA, and N-type, which are suitable for the same mounting holes. All the Female-Push-on adapters can slide directly onto any male connector of the same series, allowing quick and easy connection and disconnection, significantly reducing test time.
The adapters, shown below, are fixed on the bulkhead mount panel. The push-on female allows for quick connection to the antenna under test, eliminating the time required to tighten and loosen the connections.
